I did it! 3 miles and it was horrid. I've spent the day beating myself up about it until i remember whilst cooking the dinner that I gave blood on Sunday and it always takes about a week to recover. Feel less bad now (though that excuses the tired body and lungs but not sure how to explain away the stitch and wonky left knee.....)

Nice bouncy run home from work this evening. It turned into a fast tempo run, rather than fartletks, so I cut a mile off as I thought I might end up pushing too hard.

I need to look at my 'schedule' (such as it is) and figure out how I'm going to do my last few long runs, what with decorating and a hen day and stuff to fit in as well. Could be some early mornings coming up.

Where in Italy are you going, Linds?
Or did I miss that in all the chat?

Yay for 3 miles, macapple. However horrid!

That parcel got there quickly, Som! I only posted it yesterday.

And Sharktopus and I know where all of you live, work, muck about, hide etc

Tomorrow I will be mostly running from Hassocks to Eastbourne along the South Downs Way
I have to admit to feeling a wee bit wibbly about it.

Bint, I'm going to use my banana pad to do drawings of ladies.

Oh, can you move the CCTV out of the bathroom? My housemate doesn't like doing her shower dance when she's being watched.

Drawings of ladies doing what?

Sharktopus doesn't watch your housemate.
Only you.

Just done a little run, it was windy but quite pleasant.
Ooh Bint when are you running tomorrow? I'm not even sure where hassocks is, but I know where Eastbourne is. I could be a mad stranger cheering you on :-)

Going to Siena. For work. Honest. Not going to enjoy it at all.

*ducks as is pelted with flying stuff*

Hope you recover soon, mac. I had to walk during a race for the first time after giving blood last year.

Good pacing AL.
