Evening, everyone. Hope family's on the mend soon, jacs. Just come back from hospital ourselves - my nana had a fall last night and snapped her hip. Horrible at any age, let along for a 5 stone 87-year-old but on the upside, she's absolutely full of morphine at the moment. Hope everyone's in one piece and not too battered - it's proper stormy up here tonight...

I'll see how the next couple of months go running-wise, but it could be fun to have a little Fetchie meet poolside - and they do talk about on the website

Looks like she's be in the hospital for 4-6 weeks, at least... Crikey - is everyone on here a wannabe triathlete suddenly?!

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
