Carp it's true what fleecy said the other day, sometimes inanimate objects just gang up on you :-( Hope your foot etc niggles disappear overnight.

Bint makes a very good point though. No matter how many *things* fall apart on me, nobody has had a very scary hospital trip.

I think Weimarunner was possibly having something done to his knee? Or have I misremembered that? Not that that excuses his absence from the 700 injury bench ;-)

I mean, we've got new cushions and a little fridge full of beer and wine to help pass the time on there, and everything.

He was having a knee op but the timing was uncertain and, you're right, he could still hang out on the bench.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
