Morning all.

Ham and mushroom omelette for brekkie. I'll have to raid the fridge to see what lunch will be.

Should be bootcamp tonight. Will be bootcamp tonight.

Still coughing pathetically at night, mostly OK during the day. Slept on the sofa last night cos hubby was snoring.

Morning, everyone. Get well soon, Paula - I hate that trade-off between sleep and comfort.

Finally got a couple of runs done in the last few days. Mojo absent at the moment so it's running as a chore rather than for fun, alas. Hopefully Snake Lane will be more fun at the weekend. :)

Off to Blackpool for most of the day - unfortunately, it's a Colditz-style ex-barracks \ field hospital rather than the seafront but I'll keep an eye out for NSC on a donkey... ;)

Tsk! Who is going to clean up all these peas that have been ground into the carpet?!?

Wimped out of cycling home last night as my knee is a bit sore again. Will definitely cycle home tonight though.

I am contemplating an Aquathlon in April :-O The swimming is pool based so it would be a gentle introduction.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
