Hello all you silly lovely custard fighting 700ers :-)

The committee meeting went a bit *sigh* however the lemon crunchy-topped traybake Imade as my contribution went down so well several guys asked if they could take some home and went off with slices wrapped in paper napkins like after a kid's brthday party :-)

Good tip Columba, a new pillow wouldn't go amiss I reckon.

F-Leeky, Rhubarb crumble & custard, is a traditional family favourite in our historic dynasty; now my taste buds and everything else is screaming out for a dishful of it.

Had a session at the Club tonight; for some reason the coach who took our group was a bit vague today, so we all seemed to do different things; still that doesn't usually happen.

I *knew* there was an elephant somewhere round these parts. I hadn't thought to check the fridge for custard prints. I've missed all the fun and shenanigans :-(

:-( Well I can exclude house dust as a cause of my cough because I now also have a mega sore throat. No swimming today (in any case the pool would be busy because it's half term) but maybe I'll have a very gentle little run instead.

I'm out with the "girls" tonight :-) so I'll miss all the pudding related fun on here too :-(

Just Fleecing-well Do It
*flicks a bit of cold custard at Latterly*
I might see if I can drag the kids to the park later and do my intervals there while they play football. Not sure how I'll fit in my runs this week otherwise without resorting to the dreadmill.

The nightly cough sounds the same as the lurgy I had for 8 weeks Dec/Jan. I know of a few other people who have had it too. Hope you feel better soon x

Weird co-incidence I had crumble last night! It was one of those tiny puds from Graze and I had it with yoghurt but it was still lovely :-)

Belated well done to buntingCStarbunting for your PB!

And glad to hear you're running again LindsD.

Swam yesterday and cycled into work this morning. Feeling quite tired and Ryvita crispbreads are really not doing it for me! I'll have to stay strong and not go to the canteen for something nicer...

*passes round hot honey and lemon drink for poorly people*
