You lot are brutal in your mileage. One day recovery and I'm sliding down the leaderboard ;-)

Recovery session on the turbot planned for tonight. Mrs Star is away so I can crank the music up loud :-)

Is fish good for recovery sessions, CStar? You can play those tunas really loudly :-)

That sounds very good LindsD :-)

Paula that sounds just like the cough that's bothering me at night, almost as son as I put my head on the pillow. I was thinking it might be because of house dust ;-) but if you've got it too it must be a bug of some sort :-(

No running today, it's been a dismal wet day so once we'd walked the dog it's been an indoor day:-( I've got the committee meeting in my dining room tonight but I don't think it should go on too long - hope not anyway!

Did somebody mention chocolate. Not as good as cake in my opinion but a good substitute.

Just back from a very wet 6 miler in Porto. Now it's close to beer o'clock :-)

No running. Mr Carp is moaning like anything about his aching legs after I made him run over 9 miles yesterday. He's not getting any sympathy, I did over 17 on Friday and with yesterday's run I ache a little bit too.

Wish I had cake now you've mentioned it PP!
