I have upload a new photo onto my profile. this was me toasting in the new year( and the fact that I got to 700 miles-just) with a coffee and a touch of Laphroaig while the fireworks were going behind me. Would like to do more in 2014 but when i set the target and looked at what was going on in other threads it just didn't seem right to move. So I am going to stay right here!!. Giving myself a couple of days respite as the rush to get the 700 meant daily runs in the last week or so. The foam roller also helped. Went for a walk yesterday and did a good deed for the day. reunited a lovely wee staffie called Angel with its distraught owner. I think it would have followed us home. good thing it had its tag on!! I think we're having leek and gruyere filo parcels for dinner ( yummy)

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
