I'm really enjoying the lessons right now, the teacher for our class is excellent. He's very calm and methodical and breaks everything down beautifully. I might have to alternate skating with parkrun if parkrun ever starts again!

Feel rather better - though I now have a growly voice & a nice chesty cough - but I can cope with that! Weather grim - if it stops raining I'm determined to go for a quick walk - definitely a bit stir crazy!! Awestruck by those that are running big distances in all this doffs hat

Apparently last week a woman complained that the briefing had not mentioned that there would be puddles. Err, it's rained hard pretty much every day this year, what did she expect?? Anyway the puddles were quite deep this week but it was fun and I enjoyed it

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
