Lush cake mmmmm :-) And Happy Birthday Teen! (Nearly grown up :-0)

I'd vouch for accountants being not-entirely-boring, as son2 is really good company. (I would say that I suppose ;-))

This is his last year of being a Teen.
He pretty much made the cake himself. I "helped" and did the washing up.

Tomorrow we are making this...

Good job my back to back long runs today and tomorrow are pretty long. I have a lot of cake to burn off :-O

That's good news for DD1, CStar :-)

Fleecy - what are your intervals this week? Are they 400s? I'm trying to work out if we are following the same HM plan for Furman. I have b*stardised it a bit to fit in with Ultra training. I have 10 x 400m on Sunday.

It's 4x800, I'm on week 6. I have not bastardised anything so far (except in my head!)

I don't have 10x400m in my plan, the most is 6. I suspect you're following the 'superduper speedy' plan and I'm following the 'mediocre wannabe' plan :)

Hmmm I thought there was just one HM plan but maybe I have b*stardised it out of all recognition :-)
