Afternoon been out for a LSR nice when I left but it got more windy and wet by the time I got home I only just managed to open the front door my fingers were so cold and I had a decent pair of gloves on. OH has just Text to say school has cancelled after school football today was not too upset to hear that at least I will not get another soaking how ever the SUN has just appeared but still very windy out. Another hot cup of tea required.

I also struggle to pace myself have always run to how I feel and I am trying very hard to change the only time I seem to run at sensible slow pace is when I have no choice due to a niggle of some sort.

I had a school dinner today - cheesy pasta bake then marble sponge and custard. I believe, according to today's posts, that I am more pudding focussed/obsessed than anyone else on this thread. That could explain why I am more spherical than anyone else on here too....*ball*

Molesy - That is spreadsheet nerd heaven. Will take me weeks to work out and enjoy, although my initial thought is that it is telling me I'm a bit porky! 188cm and 84Kg doesn't seem too bad to me :-(

On what are you basing your porkiness, Stillman? I dream of getting down to the average adult non-active figure let alone long distance runner.

You're not the slightest bit porky, CStar. You look just right :)
6.5 miles in properly biblical weather earlier. At one stage I was literally blown into the road! Luckily nothing was coming, and luckily I missed the big hailstorm later. I was aiming for 8 miles but ran out of time and body heat, I figure it was 8 miles' worth given the conditions!

Those Stillman figures are very low, the average non-runner figure for me is under 8 stone (not been that for at least 20 years) to be a runner I would have to lop something off! :-o

Definitely worth 8 miles, Fleecy.

Well done anybody who has been out in The Weather today. I've avoided it completely, and now I'm off to the O2 to see Frank Turner so unless I fartlek up and down the stairs, or do interval dancing, there'll be no exercising from me. I wanted to get up and do something this morning but had to do the school run before work so barely enough time to shower and eat, let alone Shred :-(

Tomorrow is 8 miles home.

Have a nice evening everyone. I'm thinking of making the hot cross bun bread and butter pudding for Easter. I've always loved the sound of it, never made it though. What's the best recipe?
