Welcome to Cuddy, Foxter and Ahote :-)
You'll love it here.

Everyone silly enough to bet on me - I did warn you!
Somewhat challenging weather conditions, lack of recent speedwork and fitness and people who see a puddle and stop dead so that I run smack into the back of them *sigh* meant no PB for Bint today.

Still, not displeased with 46:33 given I have done no speedwork and haven't run a 10K since Jan 1st 2013

And next time, people, listen to me when I tell you not to bet :-P :-)

Did you accidentally bump the person in front straight into the puddle of slight dampness, Bint?

They stopped at a puddle? Some people...*shakes head* Hope you didn't hurt yourself as you trampled over them! Still a great time though Bint, let's be honest! Well done :-)

Lol, we had a few of the puddlestoppers at parkrun today. Awful racing conditions, we don't mind about the points really :) Great time considering That Weather!
