Ugh - I'm not well :( - sore throat, headache & very achy legs - I've read back a bit but once I got to the point where Star said she'd never had bread & butter pudding :-o - if I lived nearer I'd bring one over next time Star - it's one of our favourites :)

Sorry you are not well AL. Take care of yourself.

The only reason I declared the discussion closed was 'cos I thought everyone had had enough talking about puddings. I can do it all day....

Does anyone want the bunny mould? I will try to post a pic. It's genuine old, like.

What's macaroni pudding? I don't know that one.

6 miles done and dusted. My fartleks are odd things, to be sure: something approaching sprinting, a spot of tempo-ish pace, tiny baby steps, and fast walking. All mixed together. But it gets me home, gets the legs moving fast, and doesn't kill me. Not quite, anyway. I'm getting better at knowing good places to go fast and then where it'll be better if I slow down cos the pavement is bumpy, or the pedestrians irritating, etc.

AL - I felt like that last night when I went to bed, and a bit this morning. I'm feeling better now though, although my glutes are killing me. I hope you feel better soon.

ou have to upload it to the gallery first Linds - click on gallery/upload a picture, then copy and paste the code (together with the square brackets) that shows when you view the photo in the gallery.

Sounds good, Paula.

Just Fleecing-well Do It
You won't be cold for long, doing mile reps B :)
Uni today, the kids had to get to school themselves and ds2 forgot his lunchbox, which I had packed, put next to his bag, told him where I'd put it and told ds1 where I'd put it. Sigh. I keep telling him when I was 9 I used to get myself up, make myself breakfast, make my lunch, kiss my mum goodbye (she was still in bed) and walk a mile to school. Maybe I need to just stay in bed? :)
I was intending to run at uni today as I had a few hours between seminars, but I forgot to bring a top and my legs hurt like mad from whatever she did to them in Rebound yesterday. So I've left my stuff at uni and will run tomorrow, but this time I'll take a top.

Went out for a gentle plod tonight and felt really comfortable for the first time in forever. That gradually turned itself into a tempo run that was a lot harder than I'd intended :-)

(at least, it was a tempo run to me even though I'm still nowhere near even ten minute miles)

Tempo/commute for me this evening.
Good for head space too.

I have a glass of wine and am about to go in the bath.
Then I have work to do.

Get well soon, AL!
My Mum used one of those bunny moulds when I was little, Linds :-)

Dreadmill run for me tonight in Turkey, way too dangerous to run the streets in the dark. Crazy drivers, massive pot holes in the pavement if your lucky to get pavement, wild dogs, etc, etc. I hate the dreadmill but it's safer than the streets here.

And now I want a pudding of course.

And Linds, you need to check the box about making the picture public.
