It's very windy and rather wet here, daughter is on the North Norfolk coast for a geography field trip. They're studying coastal erosion. I'm a bit worried they'll get too much of a demo!

Proper getting on my tots. I have now lost 10 lbs since start of the year. Will make a big difference when I get back running. Hope everyone is having a good day.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
