I already feel at home here, although at the moment we are trainee probationary associate welshees. The people at our church adopted us right from our 1st visit, but some other people require evidence of sincerity regarding our desire for gaelic ( or is it garlic?) citizenship. I did some running while we were away, including the hotel treadmill, plus some cross-training on other things there. We hope to be able to go to our club tomorrow for a track session. Just in case you all wondered, I didn't read the 644 posts that awaited me on my return. I'm sorry if that means I'm not a genuine, bona fide, serious afleet.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
