buntingafeitarbunting Nice PB!

And special bunting to AL for getting so close in today's conditions.
And *shakes pompoms* at Fleecy for not chucking up her Zizzi's on her intervals :-)

Loads of top running today!
And big hugs to mac and Paula.

And huzzah/boo to everything else that I have just read and immediately forgotten!

Tough old race that MVP. Bloody brilliant though.
And PP would have had even more cake if I hadn't forced him to start running again at the last aid station :-)

Just seen on the local news that one athlete set a new world record at the Mad Dog today - for an amateur amputee over 10k - how utterly awesome is that?? Didn't see him sadly (way too fast ;) ) - but there we were, in the presence of greatness :)

:-) I think 10 bits of cake was probably just the right amount PP - well done you and Bint - totally awesomely mad, the pair of you buntingbunting

I hesitate to mention this in the glow of everyone else's brilliant running, but I did finally get out for a tiny run this afternoon. It pelted with rain before I'd gone 500m but I carried on for all of 2 miles :-) I know that's rubbish, and it was still slow, BUT: I enjoyed it, it felt good, and it brought up 2500 miles since I joined Fetch. I've also got a blackheart now. It was worth getting wet for :-)

That is *not* rubbish! LD. We'll have no more of that self-deprecating talk, thank you! 2500 miles is awesome :-)
