Well don't eat all of it I'm sure it'll be needed again :-p

Did I mention that I've regained not only my *Blackheart* but also my heart and am on track for 100 miles this month?

Morning :)

Two of my favourite foods being discussed and dissed as awfull !! chine and haslet are food of the gods :) [but then i also grew up with brawn being a Sunday teatime treat :) ]

I wish I was plodding with Bint and PP - I'd rather do 21 miles with company and cake than the 18 solo miles on today's plan. I haven't even walked the dog yet - but I can tell it's still very windy as soot is being blown down the chimney.

Suppose I ought to eat something and at least get the dog exercised,

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
