Great vid Som, my life passed before my eyes I need to run today and tomorrow, can't decide when to do my long run as the weather forecast keeps changing, gusts of 50+mph bith days and rain both days but i think maybe tomrrow is slightly better Happy parkrunning for those who have a course that is not under water!

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
