Sorry to hear about all the cancelled races :-(

Good luck AL for your 10k race!

I'm doing the timing at my local parkrun tomorrow, hope it's not too wet and windy. Pondering a glass of wine...

Just finished cleaning out the fridge, cleaning all the door seals, cleaning the kitchen, dusting the living room and vacuuming kitchen, living room and stairs. Why is there not a X-training option for this?

I was thinking that Carp :-) did the cleaning give you time to ponder your coaching plan for Mr Carp? :-)

I had tea and cake today. Apple and cinnamon cake to be precise (met with 4 Old Friends to celebrate the birthday of one of them).

Ran 4 miles in the morning but am still without heart and blackheart.

Commiserations to those whose races and parkruns have been cancelled.

The plan is to make tomorrow's eight-and-a-half sound shorter... Mr Carp is 6'8" and weighs nearly 18 stone; you can't move him unless he wants to move!

Thank you for the cake Linds :)

Just recalled that there are oatmeal and raisin cookies lurking in the cupboard.
