I'm not too sure how I feel about Wokingham being cancelled, I wasn't ready for it and was only going to treat it as an LSR, frankly I'd have been surprised if I got round in 2:15, I've just not done the mileage since September to be able to come up with a good time, I'm not even sure I could break 30 minutes for a 5K at the moment. On the plus side my foot seems to be holding up without too much pain, I've got another month before Fleet to get some more training in and ... ... I've just signed up for Keswick 1/2 marathon on Star Wars Day.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
