It will be a PB attempt (I have a plan) BUT the weather may play a decisive factor so don't be cross if you lose your bets :)

I am tempted by Frimley tomorrow. Trying to decide if pavement and lakes in Guildford (my usual pr, they've changed the route as Stoke Park underwater) or mud and lakes (Frimley) is better for me right now.

Thought you might be doing XC at Birchwood AL. Spotted a few bogs of doom jogging round there this afternoon.

XC at Wythenshawe for me. I suspect it will be lake like.

Thank goodness it's not one of those terrible adventure races tomorrow for me.....I can be snobby and aloof about my xc excursions instead.

After falling over three times last time out, I've invested in some 12mm spikes. At least if I go down this time I can do some serious damage.
