Just Fleecing-well Do It
Better to cancel it now than first thing Sunday morning. It's a horrid race anyway :)

It is, the weather is invariably awful and the course is really flat and dull. Fleet is much nicer :)

Yeah, bit gutted as I pulled out of the race last year due to injury. Still, can't blame the organisers if parts of it are underwater.

Club run it is I guess :-)

Ipswich had about six alternative courses but got so muddy and cut up that we ended up moving to an entirely different park!

Thankfully the new one won't get flooded or muddy as it's all on paths, on the side of a large hill and not near any floody bits.

It's road - regular emails from the race organisers say so far only the parking is affected by flooding; the weather forecast isn't brilliant - expecting it to be pretty windy, but it's sort of out & back so at least part of it ought to be wind assisted :)
Plus it's Southport - the sea is bloody miles from the shore!!

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
