Or did you just mean we should build an impressive shed?

Been back to phys today (after a 20 min walk to aggravate foot so he had something to look at!)

As the X-ray didn't show anything it's now being treated as a soft tissue injury. He's massaged it (feels a bit better) and I have to do no walking or running (but can cycle), and going to keep seeing him and see if it improves.

That sounds positive, Meglet.
Did he give you an estimate for when you might be able to start walking and running again?

No. I guess depends on what he finds in two weeks...

He did say my shoes were crocked. I've already decided to get a new gait analysis when I start running again, as I need new shoes.

I had a lovely wet run home from work. No, srsly, it was lovely. Just a light drizzle that started around mile 3, which was halfway. Tempo run on reasonably bouncy legs. Made me happy :-)

I haven't eaten my dinner yet so I don't want to look at Stander's picture, just in case. I managed to quickly bypass it earlier :-p

Hi all - not the best day at work - but I've had a lovely 6 mile run in light drizzle, nice & easy and it took away the cares of the day :)

Glad both AL and Paula had a good post work run.

I use my commutes to shake off the cares of the day too :-)

Intervals this afternoon.
