Meglet - which part of your foot is the problem?

Be careful in the ice, FP!

Club track session tonight - coach Geoff was back so we did 5 miles!! It was great but there was a tough wind against us (and it was a bit nippy) - but dry :)

Nippy but dry is good, AL :-)
And the wind just means you are working properly hard

Forecast for my double commute tomorrow is somewhat damp. I will be spending the morning looking like a drowned rat :-)

Evening :-) I have mainly been rollering and stretching my achey legs! No run since sunday, so tomorrow is the day!
Ooh lots of races being entered, I might just find something to enter too ..

Meglet
It's a sort of ache, mainly on top towards front and inside. But theres a pressure point right on the metatarsal. There's a bit that feels as if my laces are too tight.
I haven't tired running for ages, but when I do I can feel it on impact.

Well done LN for getting that run in.

Could it be Morton's Neuroma Meglet? Orthotics can help with that. Sorted mine out.

And welcome Mr PN
