You are a mentalist :) but you're our mentalist.

I am going bonkers, you are right. I will buy a pull buoy when I get paid. Honest.

Change my shoes once a year. Can't afford any more and I don't think I've done over 500 miles any year so far. Only started logging in August. Before then had Garmin or cba.

sorry for all the injured peeps, I know how it feels and can be frustrating when it seems that everyone is out running. you just have to accept the xx amount of required weeks you need for time out and find other stuff to do. you'll be back in no time, and there is nothing better than the feeling of the first run back - actually scrub that!! the first run back is hellish, it takes the next 2 or 3 runs before you feel back to your old self!!

Bint - I am just so proud of you - good luck for this weekend. and hope you enjoy it too. cant wait to hear all about the adventures on the way. You could start a new series actually....'What Bint did......' What Bint did next...... and 'What the hell is Bint up to now......' it'd be a best seller I'm sure :-)

I think it's brilliant that you talk like characters in the books you are reading. Could lead to some interesting posts if you start on the likes of William Burroughs.

When I read "The Help" I started thinking in a Southern drawl, but luckily managed not to speak in it :-)
