Get out there Fleecy. It will be great - Bramshill Forest with loads of mud.You know you'll love it.

Disappointed I will miss it due to flying off to sunny climes like J*C.;-)

In other news, am absolutely gobsmacked to realise I'm going to do my first ever 100 mile month this month. There seem to be a lot of monster monthers including the Queen of Running bint200miles.

Ok, I have my kit on. It's 400m reps so I'm going to warm up then do them in the park next to school.

I appear to be on target for my second highest monthly mileage, CStar. I don't know how this is given I'm on a 3 run a week plan and I've only snuck in the odd extra one so far. I think they made January extra long this year! I'll be sorry to miss you at XC but looking forward to it!

Fleecy, the only problem with dishing out encouragement, abuse etc., is that the same people might throw it back at me when I contemplate doing rash and crazy things to my frail little body.

This morning I went for a slowish recovery run - 4.07 miles in total. I was a wee bit achy and stiff after yesterday's track session.

Like I said to MDF - you will feel better if you do. Just decide to go for a little one, then carry on if you feel good.
