What is that even a picture of, Fleecy?

I talk to people all the time when I'm running. If I shut up I'd probably get much better times, but running seems to bring out my inner chatterbox. Ed says he quite likes it because not being talkative himself it takes his mind off the run without him having to contribute too much.

Good news about it not being a stress fracture Meg.

Loads of Parkrunners and Parkrun helpers today, good work.

I am back from my LSR. 22 glorious miles of hills and mud and water on the South Downs Way from the very start at Winchester to the highest point of the SDW at the top of Butser Hill. Cracking little run. Now it's time for a well earned nap :-)
