Was good until the last 1/3, when my clothes were so wet everything was really heavy and difficult to run in. i might actually brave a wedding dress shop tomorrow. Don't suppose i can put it off much longer. :-\

Boys football trg this evening got totally soaked game already postponed for tomorrow. Swimming not my strong point find crawl hard work can breast stroke a lot further but slower but not very good at either. Many many years ago did my 1 and only triathlon i was last out of the pool enough said !

Columba I echo what the otehr swimmers say, every 3rd stroke I turn my head for a breath, though sometimes I might go 5 or 7 (never managed 9 though). The legs just sort of trail along behind me so much so I often forget they are supposed to be doing something

I have not got anything specific to wear .. but I am a child of the 70s, so fairly retro anyway .. Have fab Saturdays everyone, ooh wedding dress shopping, exciting have fun!

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
