Columba - I would say the breathing is the most important part :-) And the hardest bit to get just right. Have you tried a nose clip?

Morning! My laptop has decided it no longer wants to connect with the Internet so I shall be Fetching on my phone today - be prepared for even more typos than usual.

Columba the breakthrough came for me once I got the hang of breathing out really slowly - as if you're blowing bubbles for a child - it made everything more relaxed and gave me time to think about the arms and legs bit.

I only ever fetch on my phone, you get used to it pretty fast.

Does Rosehip need an alarm call? :)

I'm off to run with some newbie runners in a bit, then I'll do my tempo run straight after since I'll be warm and muddy already.

I can report Manchester is not on fire - usual grey & drizzle! I am excited at the prospect of first ever Parkrun tomorrow - the inaugural Warrington one :) *goes off to register*

Phew, that's good news about Manchester AL. And your Parkrun debut, is it a PB attempt?
