I may possibly do 2 runs tomorrow, with probably 2 miles on nice flat cycleway with wifey, and then later on a few miles on the rather 'undulating' terrain nearer home in my own staggering style.

Nemo - well done on first run of the year. On and up!

LindsD - I'm not on Facebook either. If that's any comfort. Which it probably isn't.

RRR-CAZ - take lots of old sheets and things to cover the seats with.

Bint - 20 miles? On a work day?

Well done Paula!

Swim for me this morning. Knee is ever-so-slightly achey this morning, after yesterday's run, but the DOMS is much less than at the weekend.

No run for me last night, no time in between a late session at work and meeting up with some colleagues at Las Iguanas.

Going back a couple of pages:

£1 million?! Bloody hell! Your average English person would settle for a letter of apology :)
Morning Bernards. I think I'll go to uni today, day off exercise. I feel like I'm coming down with something or my allergies are kicking in, bleurgh.
