20 miles *feels faint* that's some going Bint, well done!

I reckon Mave that doing other stuff and 3 runs a week is actually a very sound plan. As PP infers it's also going to help keep any niggles at bay.

I also agree on the 3 runs a week, Mave :-)

RotJ - Like everyone else, I'd say start with a double commute one day a week, as it looks like your options for just running one way are rubbish. Once you're used to that then you can increase it. I actually like running twice in one day. It's a convenient way to get the miles in plus you get to be smug at work as you have already exercised first thing :-)
It's also easier on the legs than going out and doing the full distance in one go. Bite sized chunks :-)

Nice running people, and it's good to hear you can run again LN :)

3 miles to do in a minute. It's dark and cold and I don't wanna!

You'll feel better afterwards, Carp. I felt much better after my run this afternoon. Mainly cos I could stop and sit down :) Even a shit run is better than no run.
Did you take your boobies out with you today, Bint?

Yep, I ran with my boobies on the NDW. I saw Fanny's Farm Shop :-)

Just watched the episode of Go hard or Go Home that Star mentioned. It's on Channel 5 on demand. I actually got all emotional at the end. Just goes to show you can do anything if you put your mind to it :-)

*wonders if Carp has gone out yet*
