Is it just me or are people doing ridiculous amounts of mileage this month? I'm estimating we will have at last 10 doing over 100 miles in Jan (plus Bint who will be at 1,000,000 or something like it) This is rapidly turning into the 1000 miler group!

I am not ultra training, I'm going for quality miles rather than quantity till Fleet. I must say, I can't wait to be able to just run for fun again once I've PBed :)
Rebound was ugly, she did horrible things to us :)

I'm training for Brighton marathon. It won't go on like this all year, believe me!

(Although I have to keep reminding myself that I also have Kent Roadrunner, and Amsterdam. But there will be a break in the middle somewhere. And after Amsterdam I'll probably come to a complete halt!)

Afternoon all, love reading about all your running exploits and well done on the weight loss Som! :)

No running for me yet, I thought about a long run yesterday but it was my first pain free day since the PT debacle so I thought Id give it a swerve in favour of starting a new week today fresh and raring to go. Lets hope it pays off.

Anyone else doing Silverstone?
