Evening all watching American football thanks all on reminder for Guy Martin watched all the other episodes so will record rerun at 03.40.

On the run front did 10 miles today was going out tomorrow but day was so nice just had to go and run today.

musketeers was great and given that I loved Fleecy's blog idea of reading favourite books from childhood I have now just got 3 musketeers for my kindle, I remember reading it as a kid and finding it a bit hard going but loving it all the same so lets see how it does now I am a proper (?) growed up! We had a tiny mobile library so the next one is likely to be Moby Dick, its a great idea, thank you Fleecy x

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
