CStar
Think it should be done sedately on a bicycle Mac. that's the only way to travel in style round Cambridge.

Poor mac, but there's no point running till your body has recovered, better to either see what you can do on the day or target another race.
Norty Molesy :)
Glad you finally got your lazy moon to parkrun CStar :)
Glad to see you back into the swing of things, Formerly :)
Tempo 4 miles incorporating parkrun, that extra mile was much harder than the previous 3.1!
Then I went to bums and tums, time to inhale my lunch now.

And I'm beginning to think that Philthet is my parkrun mum, wagging his finger at me near the finish and saying 'that doesn't look like a PB' :)

((((())))) to Mac and Bint, hope you're both feeling tippety-top asap.

:-):-):-) I ran all the way at parkrun! Veeerrrryy sloooooowllllyyyyy - 32:39 which was the sort of pace I used to do 5k in when I first started running, but I don't care, it was just lovely to be out there - in light rain;-) My knee niggled a little occasionally, and I do mean a little, though I suspect had I tried to up the pace it would have niggled a lot more.

Record turnout here too - so much so they ran out of tokens :-0:-)

Great news on being able to run again, Latterly :)
Right, we are off camping now, I better check I have everything. All my trail shoes are wet so I'll have to take the least wet pair and sealy sockies. I don't mind finishing with wet feet but it's not nice starting that way :)

Devizes. The forecast is crap today but tomorrow is supposed to be nice. We're going to be spending most of the time in the pub, anyway :) Laters, peeps!
