It's the front, in the kneecap, Columba. Sometimes it's to either side or the back! However...

having said it was aching this morning, once I got out for the dog walk, it has actually been completely fine. So much so that I have decided I am definitely going to do parkrun tomorrow :-) I wondered about volunteering for tail runner but that would mean more walking than running, and I'd also be committed to completing the course. I'm going to go and amble, maybe walk a bit, and may not even complete it, but I need to try out his knee and I can't bear to miss another weekend of running. I know how you feel SOm!

Glass of red on the go here too :-)

Cut back week for me on the running and I am being sensible.

LD - you take it real easy tomorrow on your comeback run and if you get ANY knee twinges stop running immediately to prevent any reoccurrence.
