But on reflection I decided against it as my training for the 10 miler in March is going well so don't want to chance slipping in mud and breaking something! Old bones don't bounce as well! Beside MrDQ is getting back into his running again so we will probably be going out together on Sunday

Ev - I took the earliest opportunity to distance myself from a state of heartlessness, i.e. went for a 3 and a half mile run late this afternoon. When it updates, that should have done the trick. Loved the run-up to GM's 10,000th post, and its final triumphal arrival. Now looking out for other milestone posts.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
