Evening, everyone - very sleepy after a) crazy hill running yesterday and b) crazy early start.

Som: Is this one of yours?
justpathetic.files.wordpress.com

Worryingly, after that came out, several people looked suspiciously at me and asked if I'd been in South America recently...

Good evening all. I'm a little bit frightened by what I have been reading. There are evidently hordes of wild Sombies lurking around. They're worse than their owner, and he's frightfully frightful anyway - he attacks people with spindly chicken drumsticks, so it has been reported. Then there are people who are setting their ferocious dogs on us. It just ain't safe to wander about this thread anymore.

I went to the running club today, and there was steady rain for most of the time - so unlike South Wales as you may know. We had a somewhat different track session today, as most of the group had punished themselves on a local X-Country yesterday.

Ev - and all that doesn't even include Sharktopus!

"My" running club does mainly x-C in the summer, and there are quite a lot of x-c races around here, but I am so hideously slow x-c that I don't usually even consider them. I have Innov-8s for off-road running. I don't like mud until I've been running for about 45 minutes, then I'm past caring, leaping from tussock to tussock crying "bring it on!"

Columba - I now have the most wonderful image of you :-)

Tuesday is meetings day at work. I shall no doubt spend most of the day looking forward to my run home.

Have a lovely day, 700-ers :-)
