Morning, early Bernards. Enjoy Paris, PP, and well done for running so early, GM. My bosy is still in shock at leaving the house at 6.25 to get to the salt-mine just now.

Ouch, MA -that run sounds horrid (and one of many reasons that I'm a cat person ;) )...

Speaking of horrid runs, the rainophiles will be pleased to know that I did 9 a bit hilly miles in steady drizzle yesterday afternoon. I've not had to run-walk so much since I started, though - my fitness levels (or stamina, at least) have plummeted since November...

Morning all - Mr AL has gone to work today before heading for that there London this evening - he's doing a training day tomorrow so that he can mentor trainee teachers through some on-line college. Daughter is heading to Bangor for the day to hand in all her assignments. I have the day off (having worked on Saturday) :)

Bint. I'm actually closer to Reading than Wokingham, so if you wanted to get the fast train to there, it's no problem to pick you up.

Ah, a day off AL. Sounds like am opportunity for a nice run!

Morning all :)

Reading all the blogs in the morning - because I have to clear all the notifications - means I'm not finding time on the thread before I get to work!

As a dog owner Mave, I agree with your rant. Mine will be off lead around the fields, but back on and at heal as soon as I see a runner or cyclist. The dogs all know each other, so I know which ones to keep him close for and which ones he can safely charge around in the mud with :) BUT - anywhere not "at home" and we meet all sorts of morons :(

Anyone fancy a trip up/down the A1/east coat line to the Sandy 10 ? 24th March
