I'm sorting out teens room, built up his new double bed this morning. In between times I am emptying the buckets of water that is collecting underneath my boiler, plumber came to fix it yesterday, however the lovely builder who did all my renovations during the summer and had built a lovely cupboard to contain the boiler has actually built the frame too close to it and we can't get the casing off the boiler. I have phoned and text builder, but I think he turns his work phone off at the weekend. Aaagggghhhh!

No - the heating is still working. Once I am showered tomorrow and all my laundry is done I will shut the water off

Toon parkrun disrupted by frost and ice so start delayed by 30 mins, hundreds did a freedom run like Bambi might do one, including me. Pretty chilly day but lovely sunshine. Will try out again tomorrow. Got a new mat to do home stretches on today....never been a good stretcher but in told it helps keep injuries away.

I'm a convert to stretching, Mick. I used to know it was good for me but not do them often enough. I now accept that the older I get the more I must look after my elasticky bts!

Missed Park Run again this morning as overslept :-( I think Mrs Star turned off our alarm clock :-) 3 weeks in a row now. Must go to bed earlier....

Lovely day here, so spent this pm in the garden sorting out. Chickens have finished moulting and we had our first egg for weeks today.

Cross-country tomorrow with PhiltheT and others, assuming you remember it's Sunday not Saturday Phil ;-)

Great news Molesy. I had this several years ago. Lots of gentle stretching and you be as good as new.

Well done all the parkrunners.

4 miles for me. Should really have been a LSR but was feeling fragile.

Not as many posts as usual. Is everyone blogging instead?

Everyone out slogging the miles.

14 for me. With gel practice for the first time ever. Bit yucky.
