Lunchtime :-)

Inhaling lunch again and what better place to do it than here.
Paula - yes, this thread is always like this :-)

Intervals - I do all of mine in Dulwich Park which is helpfully marked out with 200m intervals (though I now have my Garmin). The pedestrian road round the inside of the park is almost exactly a mile, is pretty much flat (though some bits are windy). It isn't lit though so, if I leave it too late (like I did yesterday) then I am stuffed.

Ooo the first outing for the new super-improved with added flouncing umbrage! You will fold it neatly when you put it back, won't you MDF? :-)

Been for a swim, managed to swim in the approved direction today :-)

And in other news, it's SUNNY :-) :-) :-)

Tutu: there are 2 tracks each about 5 miles from here, I think they're nearest. I'm not keen on tracks though.
Maybe I could use the parkrun course, thinking about it. It goes along the canal and through the park. It's really muddy but flat and not too many corners. I think that is my solution.

thought I had suddenly got alot fater yesterday when doing my lunch time run. when I logged run on Fetch the pace was 6.25 per mile!! today when I re-did the route realised I had over estimated it so new pace was 7.41 :-(. on a positive note I am getting faster:-)....just not that fast yet. Onwards and upwards! I ran to kelpie sculptures near Falkirk( look them up on google), they're cool.

Do we need an emergency umbrage?
