Just got back from Bootcamp and had a shower and dinner.

I was sort of dreading it, it's been a few weeks, but it was great fun :-) Wet, muddy and very hard work. And lots of laughs.

I did go back to a blue bib though, after my very brief foray into the world of red bibs. So did a few other people. And there were newbies. It was good.

Tomorrow I'll do a tempo run home. I will try to remember to leave as much stuff as possible at work and take it all home on Friday.

Bootcamp sounds like fun :-)

I am very minimalist on my commutes. I have a small waistbelt for my oyster card, phone and keys and that's it.
This does mean that I have to plan properly to make sure clothing is in the right place.
And packed lunches.

It also means having to lug big bags to and from work on the bus some days but it's worth it not to have to run with a rucksack.

That's very organised of you Bint. Son2 hasn't got the hang of that yet, he's still run-commuting witha rucksack.

I've been sorting out the photos to make a photobook for OH's birthday. It's taken me hours to sort out all the photos I woant to include and now trying to organise them to best effect is equally time consuming. I just hope he appreciates it!
