My Garmin now beeps so quietly that I can't even hear it, so not so useful as it used to be for intervals unless you keep checking the distance (which is obviously what I have to do).

Last night's 'interval' run on the way home was more fartlek really. And although the running wasn't anywhere near fast enough there was far less walking than I expected, which was encouraging.

BMF bootcamp tonight.

I got my x removed, it was a fairly painless procedure, but I feel happy to be back to my old self

An xectomy? Did you have to have an xXray first? Did they put an x on the removal area?

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
