It was, although the casserole was a bit crap too. I think I need to clean the oven out. I'm not good at that job, prior to this place my strategy was to just move house every year.

I'm not good at that job either, Carp. It desperately needs doing but there are so many other, more interesting things to do in the world.

Musical fartleks - I do them on the turbo trainer too. Basically just fartleks to music so your pace is decided by the song and the length of the intervals by the length of the chorus or fast bit or whatever. And you get to sing along too :-)

StarX- I think it might have been me I did run past Sainsbury's around 2.40 and then again at about 3.15 ish on my way back. Should have got out earlier but time clock all to pot with holidays

Evening, everyone. Hmm, that's interesting, RR - I need to develop a stretching / warm-up routine as I don't have one yet and I WILL get injured if I don't I suspect...

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
