That figure does look a bit steep Linds - maybe ease back for a week or so - lack of energy is a classic sign of over-training I believe. I think I might go out this evening - three miles to round the month up

Morning! Gorgeous walk with the dog this morning but no cuckoo heard I'm off to run a minimum of 4.79 miles now. 4.79 would put me slap bang on the target line for 700 and would make me very happy - it's taken ages to catch up after virtually zero mileage in January. Taper, RR, and Linds, over-training does you no favours in the end. Take care of those bodies! |

this is the one my Mum did. Note how the conductor was disguised as a builder and they all just come out of the crowd and start singing. Then they all just melt away. I think it's brilliant. RR I have also bet. |

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
