I have just discovered there's a bluebell wood five or six miles away. I want to go running there and am grumpy because my ITB is stopping me running. The physio I had earlier has left actual bruises on my hip I hope this works.

Columba that sounds so lovely, its so nice to get away from roads and busy streets the birds outside mine were so loud this morning - I was half awake so couldnt say what they were - apart from bloody loud!

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
