You can run up hills anytime. Flash mob will be a one off won't it?

This is true, GM - it could be a bit embarrassing but also something different. I hope we'll sing something good. We were doing Flashdance tonight :-) (minus legwarmers and strange shower thing;-))

What GM said ^^^^

Bint - it was indeed a pleasant run, - up in the hills, no roads, no traffic to be seen, and barely any buildings, just an occasional farmhouse or barn tucked into an odd nook. "Listen!" said my companion, holding up a finger. Stopped running. Listened. A cuckoo! First I've heard this year.

Hooray for a cuckoo! :-) I'm meeting a friend for dog-walking tomorrow and we're going to where "our" cuckoo can be heard - so I hope s/he's calling tomorrow.

How lovely :) chaffinch

I'm with GM, running up hills is an any time thing. A flash mob at an airport will be really memorable.

I have just discovered there's a bluebell wood five or six miles away. I want to go running there and am grumpy because my ITB is stopping me running. The physio I had earlier has left actual bruises on my hip :-o I hope this works.

The bluebells are wonderful this year. There were masses in and around Bangor when we dropped off daughter.

There were loads of bluebells along the grass verges where we were driving today. It's a great time of year for colour in gardens and in the wild.

This morning I did a 3.5 mile recovery run (following yesterday's track session), then I felt I deserved my breakfast.
