Morning, everyone. Finally back on the training horse - first non-parkrun session in 10 days today. Cold and misty at 6am :-o this morning but I'm glad it's done now... :)

yucky mizzle here - didn't reaslise how much wet stuff was coming dwn when I went out - it just looked a bit foggy. Got wet.
Easy recovery paced run this morning - toying with the idea of doing some intervals on a Tuesday morning in future though.
Recorded lowest monthly mileage for over a year :(

How long should running shoes normally take to break in? My current trainers are definitely past their best but with 13 days until my next HM, it seems a bit late to be breaking in new shoes...

I have been having a run of nights and evenings, so I aint been out.... I have a day off tomorrow. The question is..... should I go out for a sortie? Or continue to dig holes for fence posts so the other halfs horse can be kept in check?

Hmmmmmmmm

Can you divide the time and do both timaru?

Physio done. Ow. Apparently I have a lot of adhesions around my ITB and must restrict running to distances which don't hurt. So a mile a day then :-/ I also have most of my weight on my left leg even when doing squats. So I'm officially Wonky!
