We're taking down decs today, probably strap tree to top of car and return it to garden centre for recycling. What an interesting life I lead:-(. Anyway hope to go for a long run at some point today, probably after taking dog and reluctant teenager out for a walk..

7 miles for me this morning, more importantly though I'm still injury free from a lower leg stress fracture, fingers still tightly crossed!! :-)
Now, like robroy above I have a Christmas tree to take down and get rid of :-(

The weather up here is rubbish - I think the time may have come to christen my merino base layer :)

GM that's very sad.

Yes, Bint, it was Regent's Park. Thanks for all the good luck. It was a lovely race, but I wasn't v fast. Was shaping up for a PW but think I narrowly avoided it - chip times not out yet. On the plus side I managed a sprint finish and my hip is bearing up.

I have done Regent's Park 4 times now - the course is flat and pretty and everyone is v friendly. On the downside no medals. Let me know if you decide to do one in the summer.

rosie-b let's say hi at Watford - what 11 mile cut-off? I'm worried now (goes to check website).

Have a good run, those who are still to go.

PS is it cheating to log your 0.5 mile cool down in your mileage? It would take me over the line.....
