You look beautiful, Latterly. A woman in her prime :)
Squeezed Rebound in this morning somehow, bit of a crazy busy week this week with visiting lots of running groups and trying to fit them round the kids' activities.

With my home computer currently in storage in the new shed and likely to be for some months, I am finally getting around to setting up my works laptop to download my Garmin.

Might actually begin to start showing some mileage on Fetch soon for this year!

LOL @ PP - that's a proper freedom run. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fleecy, you are very cheeky. I'm not quite 50 yet....cheeky bugger! And I'm not chubby. Maybe a bit squidgy at the moment.

That's a great pic LD, I look like a wazzock in all my running pictures!!

Copy and pasted from my facebook: ...it's 6 months since my heart decided to start behaving again. Had ECG, blood pressure etc done today. Still all clear and - even better - there's no need for the procedure I was going to have as a precaution. Will review again in 6 months. TOP BANANA.
