1:42:xx Garmin time at Edinburgh for me - really pleased as it's a hilly old course and you know how I love hills :-) Will blog when I get home -sitting on Waverley station waiting for my train south now. Excellent weekend :-)

Very slow 5 miles today (58mins) but it wasn't about time. Me and three work colleagues ran today to help a guy who used to use our respite service at work get round.

Mike has celebral palsy. He struggled with a stitch most of the route but he did it with our encouragement and it was a good day running.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
