RoadRunner, happy 33rd birthday. Also well done on getting a PB for the Half. BUT, really well done RR's daughter. That seems pretty nifty running for an 11 year old.

All the best Jacs and LD for Edinburgh; also anyone else racing tomorrow.

Morning :-)

I'm marshalling at junior parkrun this morning - it's the first time I have actually volunteered, being on a Sunday just makes it so much easier! This one just started last week, and it's being held at the park where the Kelpies are situated so will get a lovely wee walk in after it :-)

Enjoy your day everyone

Morning all. I've got an appointment with a dyke, a stream, some hay bales some hills and a bear on a race course (for horses) in a couple of hours :-)

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
