Morning! No parkrun, or running for me today. Can still feel last nights intervals in my legs and i have 22miles to do tomorrow

me and the OH will either walk or cycle.into town i suspect. I want to put my new wicker basket on my bike :-)

No running or exercising for me, i have family all coming over and I need to start cooking!! Going to make Guinness cake first, felt like s right jakey hanging round the aisles in Tesco until it hit 10am to let me buy the Guinness!!

Which recipe do you use? My first love was the Delia one-quite chocolatey. Buy actually, the Nigella version is far superior and the one cake that i always know is going to go down a storm.

All you have to do is run about 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
